Blackrock is a very early c. 1884 land sale map  in Margate portion 114 between Main Coast Road (now Oxley Ave) and the Esplande (Margate Parade) between Albert St , Mary St (now Eveline St) and Emily St (now Mabel St) Includes Florence St  (now Ernest St) and the Water Reserve ( now Humpybong School opened in 1909)
