Jayden Hadler

Jayden Hadler (born 23 September 1993) is an Australian competitive swimmer. He represented Australia at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, competing in the preliminary heats of the men's 100-metre butterfly and 200-metre individual medley swimming. In the 200 Individual medley, he was beating Michael Phelps aka the best Olympian of all time at the 50 mark, he also would have made the semifinal and been .11 of the final had he swam the time he swam at the 2012 trials.He now owns his own swimming club called "Southern Cross Swim Club".


Although not born in Qld, Jayden’s family moved to the area while he was still young and he attended Southern Cross Catholic College while he honed his swimming skills, before representing Australia on several occasions at an international level.


Jayden has cemented his commitment to the local area by managing the SCCC pool and running his business Ripple Swim -


Jayden made his official Australian Team debut in 2010 at Delhi Commonwealth Games team as the youngest athlete on the team. Jayden's profile continued to rise when he went on to qualify for the 2011 World Championships, 2012 Olympics Games, 2013 World University Games, 2014 Commonwealth Games & 2015 World Championships.


Throughout his career he has been part of the swimming world's best practice; and has been educated by Australia's best coaches, physios, dieticians & sports scientists.


Armed with a wealth of knowledge that very few people in the industry possess, Jayden wanted to share his knowledge and passion with the next generation of champions. Through his swim school, Jayden aims to create a legacy by passing on his expertise, guiding aspiring swimmers towards their goals, and instilling in them a love for swimming that extends far beyond the pool.
